Lisa Lindsay Wicker is internationally recognized as a leader in human resources development and training, organization dynamics and change management. Among her credits, Lisa was Vice President Human Resources, MGM Grand, the first African American female to be named to the position in the company's international operations. Through her accomplishments, she was voted one of the most successful business women in Detroit by the Detroit News. Lisa is Chairman of the Board and founder of the 101 Best Companies to Work for in Metropolitan Detroit, a program that recognizes companies for valuing the contributions and diversity of its employees.  Formerly an adjunct professor in the School of Business Administration at Wayne State University and a member of numerous boards including Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Alternative For Girls, a member of the White House Congressional Forum on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Lisa earned her B.A. from Michigan State University and M.A. from Central Michigan University. She is currently completing her research for a Ph.D. in Management concentrating on the linkage between Diversity and Productivity in the Automotive Industry. She has attended the University of Michigan Executive Business School in Ann Arbor and the International Institute Advanced Executive Program for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. She has presented to global audiences representing more than eighty countries including Barcelona Spain, Seoul Korea, Stuttgart Germany, and Tokyo Japan.

A native of Greenville, Mississippi, Ms. Wicker is married, has two sons and holds an executive human resources position with a major automotive company in Detroit.
